look at you! you made it to day 3 of this 7 day workout challenge. how do you feel? have you noticed a difference in yourself — mood + energy over the last 2 days? how is your mindset?
i know it is not fun showing up for yourself every single day, but i believe that ‘you believe in you’ and will stick with you commitment.
always remember that showing up is half the battle.

monday MONDAY’D!
i almost started the day without a workout — let’s just say my eyes popped open at 6:50a + class started at 7a … YET i somehow managed to make it there by 7:06a.
SO day 4 of the 𝟽 ᴅᴀʏ 𝕓𝕖 𝓘ᶰ𝐒Ⓟ𝓲尺є∂. ᴡᴏʀᴋᴏᴜᴛ ᴄʜᴀʟʟᴇɴɢᴇ was completed by the grace of God + some extra love from myself for still showing up no matter what was thrown my way upon my awakening!

rest does the body good!
not sure how it is day 5 of the 𝟽 ᴅᴀʏ 𝕓𝕖 𝓘ᶰ𝐒Ⓟ𝓲尺є∂. ᴡᴏʀᴋᴏᴜᴛ ᴄʜᴀʟʟᴇɴɢᴇ already — time be still. i have been having a blast with my workout tribe + look forward to seeing their aspirational affirmations every single day. little do they know — their affirmations have definitely been helping me out during this rough season in my life. all i can say is that i am beyond grateful for them!
one thing for certain … when i don’t get my full 8 hours of sleep i am cranky + spacey. not sure how i turned into this person because ‘back in the day’ lol i used to operate on very little sleep + was the president of #teamnightowl #insomnia. i am so glad those days are in the past as i love pouring into myself + that includes proper rest + recovery so i can crush my workouts every single time.
ps. Tuesday's rising workout was so good to me that i am going to double back for more this evening for the 6p lift tone scuplt class.

i may or may not have hit a few people this rising during my boxing session @geefitonline. life is LIFING + today i just had to let some that frustration out!
i don’t know about you — but I DO NOT FEEL like doing anything else today + i find myself battling with the thought of ‘grace + productivity’. it’s taking a lot of effort to make it through this hump day!
tomorrow isn’t promised, but if i am blessed enough to see it — i am giving it my all + all … until then i will rest!
